Hi Gordon,

Use a space delimiter.

That is: --specific-zoom-levels 16 17 18

If you pass a specific list, you have to be explicit about the full list.
If you are generating 16-21, you have to put all the numbers in that range
( --specific-zoom-levels 16 17 18 19 20 21)
