Many thanks for your very detailed PHP debugging instructions. It will be
very useful for many others (myself included).

To answer your question, the SVN osgeo repo is still the authoritative
source. The preview 3 release was made from trunk rev 9862.

The github repo was just me testing some svn-to-git migration scripts from
a few years ago and should not be considered an official mirror or anything
to that effect.

If/when we do migrate to github, I will be sure to let everyone know about
it.
