Hi David,

I have recently made a breakthrough in our API binding generation work that
I am hoping to put out a new MGOS 4.0 Preview 4 release by [the end of this
month / early-mid next month].

This API binding work is the last major technical hurdle for 4.0, so I am
hoping for a relatively short Beta > RC > Final release cycle afterwards.
Barring show-stoppers, real-life priorities, etc I am tentatively hoping
that 4.0 final will be finally released before the end of this year.
