[mapguide-users] Map not rendering

Hi,
Im using mapguide 3.1.2 vb asp.net fusion layout.. seems to be odd, i switch computer and resintalled everything, but for some reason the map is not rendering and no errors was thrown.
I do have fastcgi added on  handlers mappings, i did try to reinstall again the mapguide but still not rendering..
Any ideas or help ?
