[mapguide-users] MapGuide 4 and mapguide-rest

Nevermind the REST with MGOS 4 issue.  I had to delete the composer.lock
and change the following line in:
C:\Program
Files\OSGeo\MapGuide\Web\www\rest\vendor\slim\slim\Slim\Http\Util.php

public static function stripSlashesIfMagicQuotes($rawData,
$overrideStripSlashes = *true*)

The get_magic_quotes_gpc function no longer works in PHP 8+
