[mapguide-users] PHP Vulnerability

This sqlite3 criss-crossing bug is harder to crack than I first thought and
may be taking another week to solve. Left unsolved, the OGR (and possible
GDAL) providers using the distro-supplied GDAL and OGR libs is
nigh-unusable. I'm trialing various potential fixes and unfortunately the
feedback loop on these fixes is really slow.

I'm definitely only shipping with Ubuntu support for the Linux build for
Beta 2 at this point. I'll have to reevaluate what our stance on supported
Linux distros will be after this release.
