[mapguide-users] MapGuide-React-Viewer - localize true/false value

If you're asking this question, then probably not.

If you require an immediate solution, search for this string in the code
and introduce a new localizable string key for it and provide the english
baseline text in en.json and then translated versions in their respective
language string json bundle file.

Then do a new webpack production build with these changes and deploy the
new viewer production bundle and its updated string json files.
