[mapguide-users] Toolbar's height in ajax viewer

Sorry, but the tbframe in the AJAX viewer is practically fixed to 30 pixels.

You could edit the respective mainframe.[php|aspx|jsp] file and change the
toolbarHeight variable to a bigger value, but the icons and flyout menus
will not scale and stay at their original sizes.
