[mapguide-users] Bing Maps v6/7 API Deprecated – Error_Fusion_BingMapsMissingApiKey in MapGuide

If you have an azure maps key, you can consume them as XYZ tiles. Make sure
to set the CORS policy in Azure because the Key is visible in the request
