[mapguide-users] Mapguide 4.0 FDO PostgreSQL connection issues

The next beta of MapGuide Open Source 4.0 will bundle PHP 8.3. I came to
the realisation that shipping with 8.1 gives us too short of a support
runway (on the PHP side), and under our current constraints, PHP 8.3 was
the latest PHP version that we can target/support.

I'm waiting for next release and hope that it will include PHP 8.2 or PHP
8.3 as 8.1 is closing in on end of security support.
