  1. Open Shebyogan with AJAX or DWF Viewer
2. Zoom into some area and select som objects such as parcel/building.
3. Select buffer from toolbar.
4. Verify "Layers to include in the butter=parcels"
5. Click on 'CANCEL' button

Problem: Cancel button function is not working.  Result shows as "buffer 1 has been created".
