1)Stops if an error occurs in any of the Oem component builds.
2)Offers a clean option to clean out the build for all the Oem compoenents.
3) An error with the --help option is fixed.

Additonally, the options --clean <lib> --build <lib> which allows the ability to clean/build a single oem component was removed as I couldnt  find a use case for adding it in. Should anybody feel that functionality is required, please do email me and it can be added in.
