  1) Open a weblayout in Studio, change the 'Description to appear on the status bar' to something, 
2) Save the Weblayout
3) Open Weblayout in Studio, it appears that the description is NOT displayed for Tasks, but it is displayed for the 'Home', 'Back' and 'Forward' navigation buttons.
