The MgDateTime class was altered to recognize the three types of DateTime values, create valid objects to represent them, and maintain this information during SelectAggregate queries.  Part of the solution involved uncommenting existing code, and another part involved a change to the way DateTimes are converted to and from integers during SelectAggregates queries.  Extensive testing was performed using Studio.
