  In the AJAX viewer in IE, set the current tool to 'Select'

Click and start extending the selection to the right without moving down:

  => The rectangle should be 1 pixel high at that point, but it's about 20 pixels high.

Move the mouse slowly upward:

  => The whole rectangle moves up instead of staying anchored to the original point of click.
