  This submission adds the required functionality to the mapguide server to run as a daemon on Linux.
The code changes are Linux specific and are within preprocessor definitions for non windows platform. (i.e. #ifndef WIN32 ...#endif )

The following changes are made
1) mgserver /daemon runs the server as a daemon
2) mgserver daemon mode is explicity locked to a single instance.
