MG256 (Rewrite point stylization to make it faster)

This submission removes supersampling for DWF symbols since it became clear that it does not work well with all DWF symbols. Another improvement is that we no longer use the resampling gd image copy when possible, in favor of the straight memory image copy. This makes simple non-themed layers draw almost two orders of magnitude faster in the AJAX viewer without loss of quality.
