  There is no valid creation date returned from FDO for datastores that are not workspace enabled and the server tries to create a MgDateTime object from the invalid FDO GisDateTime object and fails. The fix is simply to check if the FDO GisDateTime is valid and if not to create a default MgDateTime instead.
