Windows bundled install issue.

We've installed the standard issue *.exe files for MapGuideOpenSource
1.1.0RC1, server and addons (apache and php). After a fresh install
the
http://loclahost/mapguide/mapadmin/login.php works fine for an administrator
login. After that first access of the Site Administrator we cannot regain
access to it even after restarting apache, and/or rebooting the server. I've
looked into the .../server/logs/Authentication.log and found:

<2006-12-12T10:26:27>                 Failure
<2006-12-12T10:26:27>                 Failure

almost like it is refusing to post. On Firebug I'm seeing no XHR requests.
Anyone have any advice, we're mostly a Linux server based group, so we're
not familiar with Apache on Windows and potential caching issues.
