  The getting started set of HTML pages was missing from this vault. 

Also, even though MapGuide open source is not localized, the web surround still needs the localized folder and the 'en' file within, which contains all the strings in English that appear in the UI.

Finally, links to external pages such as www.php.net are broken. The reason is that the gettingstarted.php (.jsp/.aspx) scripts fixup URLs to HTML pages so every page belonging to the getting started is chaneled through this script. The reason for this is mostly to filter out from the command list the commands that are not in use in the curent web layout. Currently the script fixup URLs unconditionally. Instead, it should only fixup URLs to internal pages, and leave the links to external pages unchanged.
