  Configure the MapAgent as a regular CGI process under Apache.  Load Sheboygan in the Ajax Viewer and zoom to the parcels.  Hover over one of the parcels.  Tooltips are not displayed.

On Linux, most HTTP requests will fail, eg. ENUMERATERESOURCES.
