If you attempt to build the release configuration of oem.sln, you get an error with the SQLiteDotNet project.  It's referencing the ACE library, but that library has not yet been built.

- Resolution Description set to new value
  The reference to the ACE library in SQLiteDotNet has been removed - it's not needed.  Also noticed that the SQLiteUnitTest references the CppUnit library, but CppUnit was not listed as a dependency.  The build order happened to be ok in this case.  Nevertheless, it needs tobe added as a dependency.

  Try building the release configuration of oem.sln.  The SQLiteDotNet project generates an error.
