  Create a map and preview it in Studio using the AJAX viewer.  The toolbar shows (in order):

- Select
- Pan
- Zoom +/-
- Zoom to Rectangle
- ...

The Zoom +/- button does not function properly - it behaves like the select tool.

With DWF Viewer this button does dynamic zoom.  The button should be removed for the AJAX viewer.
