The viewer currently passes a POINT geometry (the mouse cursor translated to map units) to the server to get tooltip information. This makes it almost impossible to be at the exact location of the feature. The viewer should pass a rectangle geometry instead, providing some tolerance allowing to find the point or line feature at that location.
