Looks good.  Pretty clever use of definitions to provide identical responses to different mime type responses.

There might be an increase in required memory, though, since the definition is committed into memory for all OGC requests, and it's a fairly hefty one at that, but it is transient and gets unloaded fairly quickly.  If the memory requirements become a problem down the road, we can augment the <Response> element to accept more than one content type... possibly as <Response content-type="type1" use="type2"/> followed by the type2 Response element.
