DWF Toolkit compile errors:

- Had to add an #undef for major() and minor() in PackageVersionExtension.h.  Under Debian with GC++ 3.3 these are already defined somewhere.

- Also had to disable strict pedantic checking so that /usr/include/bits/mathinline.h would compile
