  This task entails updating Site Admin to use a generic application name which will not need to be customized for the Open Source/Enterprise versions of the product.  This implies the following changes:

1. The name of the application will be "MapGuide Site Administrator" for both products.  
2. In th About Box, the server is given the generic name of "MapGuide Server".  
3. The Autodesk logo does will not appear in the Enterprise product.
4. The fill color used on the banner for each product is set to dark blue.  Previously, in ECO15082, dark blue was specified as the Open Source fill color and purple was the the Enterprise fill color.

The code defining values for each of the attributes of the product look will remain in resizableadmin.php so that it is easy to change these values in the future.
