This fix ensures that a group remains visible even when no children are displayed. This was achieved simply by removing the code that was checking for children display state and was hiding the group accordingly. Now the flag ShowInLegend is the only factor in determining if a group is visible or not.

Also the fix contains code ensuring the the +/- icon of a group appears only when children are displayed
