Both LegendCtrl outer frame and PropertyCtrl script now have an optional parameter MAPFRAME allowing to create the control in a different frame. The MAPFRAME parameter specifies how to reference the AJAX viewer frame. If no parameter is specified the controls are assumed to exist in their current location, embedded in the AJAX viewer frame.

Legend control inner frames now use their parent to get a reference to the viewer frame, instead of hardcoding it.
