One more revision to the way package names are constructed when the Make Package feature is used. In this submission, the procedure for selecting the string that identifies the host in the package name was changed to use the server's Display Name whenever possible. If the display name is empty, then the server's IP address is used if it is something other than 127.0.0.1 as this is a common address which will not clearly identify the host. Finally, if the IP address can't be used, the computer's name is used if available.

In addition, code was added to insure that, if the package name contains a single quote, that the single quote character is escaped in all JavaScript strings.
