  Run a generic query using selectfeatures that retreives a a large number of features (atlesat more than the data cache size) on a feature source and check the count, then go to mapadmin and increase the data cache size and re-run the query and check the count again.

  If you run a selectfeatures command against a feature source, ReadNext() doesnt seem to retrieve additional records once it hits the data cache size specified in the feature service parameters.
