The TestFeatureService::TestCase_GetCapabilities() passed the provider name to MgFeatureService::GetCapabilities() which in turn passed to the name directly to FDO to create a connection.  This was failing because the name should not contain version.  Resolved by using method MgFdoConnectionManager::UpdateProviderName() submitted in MG275 to remove the version from the provider name before it is sent to FDO to create the connection.
