An error occurs when processing the WT_Polymarker objects (point geometry) in this DWF which causes the processing loop to exit.  Because of the premature exit, the polylines do not get processed.
The early exit from the processing loop is due to WT_Polymarker being a deprecated, and when serialize is called, it returns a Toolkit_Usage_Error code.  The fix is to use the new WT_Macro_Draw object to serialize the point geometry.  WT_Macro_Draw is a new WT_Drawable object that is supposed to replace WT_Polymarker.
