1. From Windows client machine, create a new web layout with Sheboygam map in it, then save it.
2. Open newly created web layout with AJAX or DWF viewer.
3. Verify no script error appears at lower lefet corner of IE and objects appear in drawing area.
4. Add locale information for JPN as LOCALE=ja at the end of URL.
