  The following string resource entry will be hardcoded for the release of service pack 1 only:

MgStylizeLayerFailedException

The reason for this is to allow the global installer to be used without requiring the resources to be updated inside the global installer.

This only effects the service pack 1 branch of the code and not the trunk. The trunk will use the string resource entry because the global installer will be updated in the future.
