  Add <Primary_Join_name.Atribute_name> notation where a dot symbol “.” is used as a delimiter for the FeatureClassPropertyattribute value.  Using name of a primary join (AttributeRelate) as a prefix indicates that this is a chained join. For conventional join there is no prefix.
Since there will be multiple places in the code that has to parse the FeatureClassProperty, the changes are suggested to the RelateProperty to support this functionality.
Add new optional AttributeNameDelimiter attribute to AttributeRelate. This is a string defaulted to "|".
