  Undo changes made in artifact MG333 due to the following use case:

User A starts creating a map definition and defines some things about it, but not everything, because he needs to pass it over to the next user.  One of these things that he doesn’t have information on yet is the coordinate system.  Now Studio when it saves it cannot fill in a default CS (say “Arbitrary XY”) because that would be wrong, it needs to stay blank for the next user so that they know it is up to them to set the coordinate system.  So we need to be able to have no CS defined for when things haven’t been finished yet.
