There are two parts to this.

1/ Fixing MapGuide's web surround to use the workaround from Microsoft - this was fixed with submission MG72.
   
2/ Fixing DWF Viewer - it uses embedded controls and the same workaround needs to be applied here.  The next release of DWF Viewer will have this fixed (the fix for EMap has been submitted).
