Because of the switch from DST to normal time last weekend, the World 
Clock link in the Wiki gives a 1 hour offset (12:00/noon EST, etc.).

If we want the meeting at 1:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM MST / 10:00 AM PST as 
advertized in the wiki, then we should use 18:00 UTC:
