[mapguide-psc] Bootstrapping the MapGuide PSC - Revised

All,

I have posted an agenda for the meeting on the OSGeo wiki, it can be 
found here: 
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/MapGuide_PSC_Meeting_10-19-2006. Feel 
free to add agenda items.

I'll try and make one more pass at the PSC document today, so please 
give it another read tomorrow morning. Andy it is unfortunate you are 
not available this week, but I think the PSC should meet anyway. Please 
post any comments you have on the doc to the mailing list and we will 
strive to work them in.
