What about adding a standard header or RFC status section with the
following information that would be useful when we look at it in a few
years:

- Date (proposal date, adoption date, last update date, or all of them?)
- Author
- Status: draft, proposed/pending vote, adopted or rejected
- Implementation status: pending, under development, completed (or is
this too much detail?)
- software version this RFC applies to
- voting history

I realize that Author and Date are there at the bottom as Wiki fields,
but I think making them part of the standard header might be a good idea

in case the doc is migrated away from the wiki.
