[mapguide-users] How Place a image on ToolTip Over a Point In MGOS6.5

They said MGOS 6.5, so I assumed they got the open source part right and the
product version wrong.  Naming the new product MapGuide has really caused a
lot of confusion......

If this is for MapGuide 6.5 this solution won't work, in fact it is not
possible in that environment (and this thread should be on
news://autodesk.mapguide.general, instead of here).
