unable to login to map agent

I'm able to login to the MapGuide Site Administrator, but unable to login to
either Map Agent (page not found error) or 
http://localhost/mapguide/mapviewerajax/ajaxviewer.aspx?WEBLAYOUT=Library://ATest.WebLayout
(compilation error).  I'm new to MapGuide, so I'm trying to learn as I go. 
I've installed the latest MapGuide Server v1.0.1 and extensions.  I'm
running Windows Small Business Server 2003.  Any help would be appreciated.
