BC Albers Projection

I am trying to define BC Albers in MapGuide Open Source, or Enterprise. 
 I have the projection perameters (thanks to Kori Maleski):

# British Columbia Albers Standard Projection
> <9822> +proj=aea +lat_1=50.0 +lat_2=58.5 +lat_0=45.0 +lon_0=-126.0  
> +x_0=1000000.0 +y_0=0 +ellps=GRS80 +datum=NAD83 +units=m +no_defs  <>

Where do I go from here and how do I get BC Albers to appear in the 
projections options when importing data?
