I am using the 1.0.2 release. Good to know this is fixed for the next release. Guess we'll stick w/ AJAX viewer until then.

What version of MapGuide are you running? Are you building it yourself?
We just added multi-line label support to the AJAX viewer a few weeks
ago, and it will be in the next release.

Unless you're building MG yourself there's currently no way to make it
work with both viewers. With the next release though any of the
following will be interpreted as a line-break:

"\n" (char 92 + char 110)
\n\r (char 13 + char 10)
\r\n (char 10 + char 13)
\n (char 13)
\r (char 10)

So pick your favorite and just use that for now.

Walt

I believe your problem was fixed recently.

>>From the developer notes in
https://mapguide.osgeo.org/servlets/Scarab/remcurreport/true/template/Vi
ewIssue.vm/id/MG349:

"Fixed a problem with DWF Viewer when rendering rotated
multi-line labels. The text rotation was not being correctly account
for."
