Select Distinct QueryOption or Filter?

All,
Is there a way to query DISTINCT Features when using the 
FeatureService.SelectFeatures() or SelectAggregrate() with the 
QueryOptions, or possibly is there a "Distinct" filter option 
available.  Any help or code/source documenting this would be helpful.
