Farzad,

My email client (Microsoft Outlook) blocks attachments with .mdb
extension for security reasons.  Can you rename your file to a different
extension and resend it please?

Thanks for reply, My .mdb file has 3 tables and I try by 1 table but 
not worked,Now I send .mdb file and two pictures of my project,
