Hi Joel,
here are some more ideas. I have used the ODBC driver coming with Oracle
10gR2 and was using a datasource name in Studio. 
I would also make sure to define a system DSN, not a user DSN from the
ODBC setup.
See attached a screenshot of settings that will work.

Unfortunately, I am still not having any luck getting my tables to show
up:
- What version of the Oracle ODBC driver are you using?
- How are you connection in the Studio, via Connection String or
Datasource name
