Hi,

Web Studio is included in the Web Extensions installation, and is
installed to:
C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\WebServerExtensions\www\webstudio

The www directory is aliased to http://localhost/mapguide (or
http://localhost:8080/mapguide for the bundled installation) so
webstudio should be accessible by adding /webstudio to the end of that
URL.

If it is not there, check your installed version.  You can do this in
Add/Remove programs by going to "MapGuide Web Server Extensions and
clicking on "Click here for support information".  This should open a
dialog that includes the version number, which should be 1.0.1.17812
