Can you provide a bit more detail on "nothing works" and "do not work"?  What are the failure modes?
 
There is a known issue in IIS6, where the paths are not specified correctly in the application extension for the FCGI:

I have tried installing MapGuide Open Source on Windows Server 2003 with IIS 6.0.  I followed every step in the downloadable pdf document and nothing works.  All of the pages it tells you to test at the end of the document do not work.  Can anyone help?  I'm not sure what other details to provide.  I used the phpisapi.dll and also set up fastcgi.  Could that be part of the issue?
